Puff Pastry Roll with Sausage and Apples
Clean the apples, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Engrave sausages vertically and with a spoon take out the filling.
In a bowl, mix, sausages, apples, parsley, gruyere cheese, bread crumbs, egg whites, salt and freshly grounded pepper.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C in resistors.
