Pastourma Mini Pies
In a bowl blend ketchup, olive oil, allspice powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
Unfold on the kitchen countertop a country style fillo pastry ZIMI PSACHNON and spread it with ¼ of the ketchup mixture.
Strew across the fiilo pastry 10 pastourma slices and sprinkle with grated cheese.
At the bottom of the fillo pastry, place the sticks from green and red peppers and roll the fillo pastry with the filling, in a roll shape.
Cut the roll into smaller rolls and spread them on a greased baking pan. Oil them well and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Continue the same procedure with the remaining ingredients.
Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 35 minutes.
