Minced Meat Pie with Country Style Fillo Pastry
Prepare the mixture of minced meat, saute the meat, add olive oil, onion, carrot, red pepper, tomato paste.
Add salt, pepper and allspice powder, mix well, add a little water and leave the minced meat to be cooked for 15 minutes approximately until all liquids evaporateand stays only with the oil.
Remove from heat, add an egg, cheese, yogurt.
Spread 8 country style fillo pastries ZIMI PSACHNON into a baking pan and add the filling. Grease the bottom of the roll and wrap in baking paper.
Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
