The company through a standard process provides every year, to all employees, lifelong learning and training, through participation in training programs, inside or outside their working time. Employees have the opportunity to choose and suggest to the administration seminars or training programs that they wish to attend and they are given paid leave to attend training programs.
By developing and improving their existing skills and abilities, we contribute to the development of their standard of living and provide them with the necessary supplies for their professional careers.
