Rolls with tahini & chocolate
Put the ingredients for the syrup in a pot and boil for 5 minutes (time starts when boiling begins).
Let the syrup cool down well.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Put tahini in a bowl and mix well with a spoon.
Unfold a fillo Beirut ZIMI PSACHNON on the countertop and smear it with tahini.
Cover with a second fillo and smear it too.
Spread enough grated chocolate.
Fold the fillos in half (from the wide side) and then wrap in a roll. Cut into pieces of about 10 cm. each.
Repeat the same procedure with the remaining ingredients.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until become golden brown.
Take the rolls out of the oven and sprinkle with cold syrup.
Leave them for five minutes and place them on a platter.
Sprinkle with a little grated chocolate and serve.
