Pizza with Minced Meat and Tomato Sauce
FOR THE BASE
Strew with baking paper the large baking sheet of the oven and spread the pizza dough ZIMI PSACHNON.
FOR THE FILLING
Warm up in a large non-stick frying pan the olive oil over medium heat and slightly saute the onion for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Turn on the heat, add the minced meats, carrot and continue to sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, coriander and sweet paprika.
Add the carrot, the grated tomato, ketchup and ½ cup water and leave the meat to cook for 15 minutes until the minced meats is tender and all fluids evaporates.
Withdraw the frying pan from the heat and add half the amount of gruyere cheese, parsley, pine nuts and mix well.
Let the mixture aside to cool slightly.
Preheat oven to 200 °C.
Spread the minced meat mixture onto the pizza dough ZIMI PSACHNON, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in one of the middle to lower shelves of the oven for about 30 minutes, until the minced meat browned nicely and the pizza dough turn golden.
Serve the pizza with yogurt sauce. To prepare yogurt sauce, mix yogurt with hot water and add olive oil, dry oregano, salt, pepper and sweet paprika.

40 ml extra virgin olive oil
1/2 red onion, cut into very thin slices
300 g beef minced meat, from rump
200 g pork minced meat, from shoulder
1 medium carrot, preferably organic, grated and juiced
½ tsp dry coriander, crushed
½ tsp sweet paprika, powder
100 ml tomato, grated
1 cup gruyere cheese, grated
½ bunch parsley (the leaves), finely chopped
2 tbsp pine nuts, lightly roasted on the grill for a few minutes
salt, freshly grounded pepper
