Peinirli (Pizza Boats) Stuffed with Lahmacun
Thaw the ready pizza doughs, cut them in the middle and form each half in a boat shape (peinirli). Strew the baking sheet of the oven with baking paper and transfer the peinirli (pizza boats) there.
In a bowl mix all ingredients (minced meats, herbs, spices, tomato paste, lemon juice, olive oil). Knead for 2-3 minutes.
Divide the mixture into four peinirli (pizza boats). Sprinkle with a little extra olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.

1 tbsp chopped fresh mint (or dried mint)

1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp freshly grounded pepper
1 tsp sumac
1 chili pepper, chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
juice of ½ lemon, preferably organic
3 tbsp olive oil
