Peinirli (pizza boat) with cheese cream
In a small pot put the butter to melt.
Add the flour and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add the milk and mix continuously with the whisk until thickens and make a nice bechamel sauce.
Withdraw the pot from the heat and add all cheeses, the lightly beaten eggs, salt and freshly grounded pepper. Mix well.
Cut the pizza dough ZIMI PSACHNON in the middle and form with each half a boat shape. Strew the baking sheet of the oven with baking paper and transfer the peinirli (pizza boats) there.
Pour in their interior the cream cheese and bake thepeinirliin oven for 30 -35 minutes until cooked and become golden.

FOR THE CHEESE CREAM
200 g kasseri cheese grated
100 g Kefalotyri cheese grated
100 g Gruyere cheese grated
100 g butter
3 tbsp flour for all uses
2 cups milk
2 eggs, preferably organic
salt, freshly grounded pepper
