Pizza Four Seasons
Thaw the ready pizza doughs and strew them to two baking pans. With a knife, carefully engrave a cross, being careful not to cut the dough.
In a small frying pan heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the green onions and saute for 2 minutes
Add the spinach and saute for 2 minutes, stirring until withered.
Add the dill, salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Empty the mixture into a bowl and without rinse the frying pan, heat up 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add peppers and zucchini and saute for 3-4 minutes until withered but not become completely soft. Remove from heat.
Distribute the sauce on both pizzas and suffuse it well to go everywhere. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
Divide the mixture as follows:
In the first quarter of each pizza, share the mixture with spinach and sprinkle with grated cheese.
In the second quarter of each pizza, share the grated mozzarella and the halved cherry tomatoes.
In the third quarter of each pizza, share the sauteed vegetables (peppers and zucchini) and sprinkle with grated manouri cheese.
In the last quarter of each pizza, strew the grated kasseri cheese and put the chopped mushrooms.
Sprinkle with a little olive oil on each pizza and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

100 g feta cheese, crumbled
2 sprigs of dill, chopped
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 yellow pepper cut into thin slices
1/2 red pepper, cut into thin slices
1 zucchini, cut into thin slices
150 g mushrooms, cut into slices
100 g mozzarella, crumbled by hand
100 g kasseri cheese, grated
100 g manouri cheese, grated
200 g tomato sauce
1 tsp fresh oregano, dry
4 tbsp olive oil salt,
