Preheat the oven to 170 – 180 °C. Take the twisted spinach pie out of the package. Place the twisted spinach pita in a pan greased with butter or oil. Alternatively you can use baking soda. Preferably brush their surface with lightly beaten egg or milk for more gloss. Bake at 180 °C for about 40 – 45 minutes until puffed and lightly rosy.
