CREAM PIES WITH SFOLIATA PUFF PASTRY 120 gr
Preheat the oven to 180 – 200°C. Remove the product from the freezer and remove the outer packaging; pull the plastic packaging with one hnd and pull the pie with the other in the opposite direction in order to remove them more easily. Place the product in a baking dish greased with butter or oil. Alternatively, you may use a sheet of baking paper. *Return any remaining product to the freezer immediately. Preferably brush the surface of the pies with slightly beaten egg or milk. Bake at 180° C for about 20 minutes until puffy or golden brown.
